On August 14, we invite you to the annual wine evening dedicated to modern Russian winemaking.
Russian wines confidently occupy a place among the best gastronomic discoveries, and this evening will be a great opportunity to get to know them better.
The program includes a tasting of 6 carefully selected wines, which will be conducted by Maria Solovyova. She will tell you about each sample, the characteristics of the terroir, the philosophy of the wineries and help reveal the character of each wine.
An ideal addition to the tasting will be gastronomic accompaniment from Artem Alexandrov. Signature appetizers created specifically for this evening will highlight the character of the wines and give guests a complete gastronomic experience.

July is the best time for chanterelles. Post-thunderstorm mushrooms become the main forest delicacy in Gorynych.
The first chanterelles are the most delicious, small, the size of a marigold. Concept chef Vladimir Baranov and chef Alexey Bekasov revealed the taste of seasonal mushrooms in the new menu, emphasizing their natural sweetness, delicate texture and subtle forest aroma.

- Pizza with stracciatella and chanterelles 1490 ₽
On April 27, the morel season begins at the Gorynych restaurant.
The concept of the seasonal menu includes the bright taste of wild mushrooms, which concept chef Vladimir Baranov reveals in several formats of snacks and hot dishes.
The new menu continues the idea of an open fire kitchen, where the heat of the oven, dough and seasonal ingredients set the foundation for each dish. Morels are served with simple and straightforward combinations to preserve their distinctive flavor and delicate texture.
